Chavez Jr. Wins In Lackluster Fashion

TEXAS — Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. continue his boxing journey with a win over Marcos Reyes. A win yes but, something to write home about? Definitely not. Let’s side aside the fact that he clearly dwarfed his opponent by at least 20 pounds in the ring (Chavez Jr. didn’t make weight for the 168 pound bout, coming in at just over 170 pounds) Despite winning in a non-spectacular, disinterested fashion, that didn’t stop the son of the legend from calling for a rematch.
