LeBron James To Join Lakers; Makes Announcement Short and Sweet
LeBron watch is over and the decision has been made.
Making the announcement with a short and to the point press release, Klutch Sports Group announced on Sunday that LeBron James will be joining the Los Angeles Lakers for the next four years.
According to ESPN, James’ fourth year is a player option. It’s the longest deal he has signed since inking a six-year deal with the Heat in 2010. His previous three deals were all three years or shorter. James will be joined by Kentavious Caldwell-Pope who agreed to a one-year, $12 million deal reports ESPN’s Chris Haynes.
UPDATE: LeBron James ear blower Lance Stephenson agrees a one year deal with the Lakers for $4.5 million.
